Food and Presentation- Well guys 15 years ago, Burma Bakery’s product were classy, but now quality of food got worse. either you get Pan cake or Pineapple Biscuits ot Cream roll. All product are not upto the mark. Presentation is very cheap like they donot want you to but it.
Ambieance- Well friends, as far as ambience is concerned, it is not good. couple cannot easily go to the shop as many people around there staring at you like hell. no classy customers visit Burma now. so only cheap customers go there.
Customer Service- Friends their customers support is not upto the mark. the employees of there are not very much supportive. recently I visited there and had one Pastry but it was smelling. so I asked to change it but owner refused. Again I had cream roll, but it has filled half with cream, I again complained but got same refusal. so they have very bad custome service.
Value for money- Guys as far as value of money is concerned, I think though Burma has some cheap product but quality is cheaper than price. so I suggest you not to go there to save your money. Thank You
