I paid for 6 months subscription of Business Line newspaper to "Shivanand" (Phone # 99640 71378) in Mangalore, Karanataka. The subscription was supposed to start from 01-Sep-13. It is 5 days into the month now. The person is not dropping the newspaper, as well as not refunding the money.
