Poor Service to subscriber

I am a subscriber of Business Today magazine from last 2 years and my subscriber number is BT241417.


From last 9-10 months I always receive my subscriber copy late and that also after making complain. Some time they send 2-3 issue together. I am from Mumbai and in big city like this this can not expected.


From last 2 months they are not sending issues even after making complaint. Though my subscription is valid for 1 year more. They only say they are sorry & send magazine in 2-3 days but that does not happen. They have recently launched a portal for making complains but that is also of no use.


For a big group like India Today this was not expected. If they could not deliver, they should stop making new subscriber and sale magazine only on newsstand.


Can any one advise me if there is any remedy for this? Can I apply to consumer court?
