Hello friend I have bought Butterfly Cylindrical 2.8 liter Electric cooker last 6 months back in home nearby in store, its price Rs.2800 but the another old cooker exchange, so the price is less Rs. 400, I got the price Rs.2400.
At the starting time the usage of cooker is super but its working only 5 months after that any kind of repair the button is loose, in other brands compare with price is high only.
In this handy is comfortable but its using high level of current the electricity bill also high.
Style and design is fade of color in five months, low quality metal its got rust, the digital monitor only working better.
Service and support is better if you call the customer care in butterfly the staff are coming in home within 24 hours do the service properly and fine support.
I am not confirmed to buying this electric cooker, because the fault is always coming.
