Very bad retailer. I ordered for an item on this site. While ordering it showed that the item will be dispatched through Bluedart. But actually the item was dispatched through some XYZ courier, which I haven’t even heard of before. Also, I received the product after 2 weeks, however while booking it showed that it will take 3-5 days. Pathetic. Every time I call them they have only one reply - "Your product will be dispatched in 2 days Sir".
I shopped online through almost all the major e-commerce sites - ebay, letsbuy, rediff, jabong, myntra, yebhi, homeshop18, etc. but never came across such a mess.
