I got to know about this website from junglee.com. I planed to buy "Sony Xpera Arc S" as Buyatbrands.com is giving me the lowest price i.e. ~20k. I paid the money online as they don’t have COD service. I called the customer care on 02/Aug/2012 to deliver the produce asap.
They agreed to deliver this to me with 2-3 days. On 06/08/2012 I called the customer care to know about the status of the product and they told me that they are out of stock and they will deliver me within 2 days. When I called them after 2 days, they told me that Marketing Executive is on the way to deliver the phone. I was quite happy that at last I will be getting my phone.
The marketing executive called me on 09/08/2012 at 4:30 pm to deliver the phone at my office address within an hour. He kept me waiting till 8:00 pm and at last he told me that I won’t be able to deliver the phone today and switched off his phone. This is how they treat there customers. My ~20k buck are still stuck with them and neither there customer executive and neither marketing executive is picking my phone. I really don’t have any idea what the hell is going on.
My sincere advice to all the buyers: Do not fall into their trap.
