Firstly you have to do which colony or sector Where school, hospital, park, temple, police station, supermarket should be near.
Rate or price of that shouldbe demanding.
Which builder constructed or who is the owner of that house or is there any loan on it, how many owners, or any other dispute like that property sold through with agreement of mediater, the aggreement should be stamped or genuine.
Chain of papers, I suggest you to go to the bank and ask for to provide loan on that property. If they do in favour of you then try to buy that house.
Now a days facing of that house is not neccessary to approach.
What kind of locality, means as per your family needs.
