My name is suresh, I brought one Sony laptop CR363 in the year 2008 October. Within a very short time batter life out, but unfortunately it happens only after guarantee period. Later the charger is also suddenly not working, but it has guarantee time, I approached the Sony service center at Bowen palli, within a minute time they changed the charger by taking only one signature and comments. Service is more important after sales. So I recommend Sony as the best service oriented people.
But Sony is poor in battery life. This is minus point. If you want to buy the sony, take care of receipts for Battery, remaining all the other things it is working smooth and good.
