I had recently bought a new toshiba tecra m3 laptop for my use.
This laptop fancied me in the sense that it had a lot of good features and came with a good
graphics card. My configuration read a 1 gb ram with centrino processor a 80 gb hard disk @ 7200 rpm, blue tooth, wireless & ir enabled, a 2 gig processor and a 128 mb nvidia graphics card. All very cool!
You really cant complain about the performance. It was really pacy and it really impressed me when compared to your dull looking ibm / lenovo laptops. This was pretty stylish too. The screen size is 14.1 inch but I suppose the looks make up for it and the resolution is also very good when compared to other laptops.
Now for the draw backs. The laptop tends to get pretty hot! After roughly 5 mins of usage, the heat becomes literally un bearable on your laps. So, maybe this should be called a "table": top.
Also the batterys life was around 1:30 hrs! That I should say majorly sucks! Maybe because I run memory intensive apps or linux is the reason why the battery life is so yucky. I dont know. But its worth
taking a look at the batterys life before you actually get this one.
