Tata Indicom has come up with yet another brilliantinnovation! It’s the new Photon+ HSIA that offers users a chance to enjoybroadband speeds while staying mobile. Kudos to this great invention.
My take on the product-
I decided to get this connection after reading a blog namedGizGuru, where all ISPs were being compared and Tata Indicom’s Photon+ took thelead. I filled a form online(available on the Tata Indicom site) I got a callfrom their executive the next day itself, and after giving me a brief of therequired documents, the officer came to my house the very next day(as promised)to collect the installation charges and documents, and immediately handed overthe USB. The day after that, another engineer came home and activated theservice.
I’ve been using this product from 2weeks now, and the speedsare really surprising. They do vary a lot, not steady, but steady speeds arenot expected with wireless connections. Average speed I’m getting is 150kbps, which is not at all bad for price I had to pay. Also, the speeds are very goodat night, so I prefer downloading at that time. Also, there are never anydisconnections due to weak network strength. And the CC is always willing tohelp!
So, I’ll rate the product as 4.5/5. Hope the service doesn’tdisappoint me in the future.
