I bought in 2009 january Philips Lcd 32" model 32PFL3403 after comparing sony and samsung. I use Dish Tv HD channels. For the past 4 months I see white blur, very bright white color in human faces of SD channels. when contacted philips customer care, their executive came and found fault with control board IC of my TV and need to replaced.
They charge Rs.4000/ to replace it including service cost and spare part rate.
I did not expect this major fault within 2 and half years from buying. Think twice before buying philips lcd.
