I own 32 inch 3 years old Sony led tv, suddenly one day screen turned black with white linings, called service executive he said panel replacement required cost 10550 and above of it they said now panel is not available waiting for 15 days now. Now sevice centre called me that they will ask sony company to give some discount If I buy new Sony TV.
Earlier same happened with my Sony Ps3 it was not turning up only red light was there, I took it to service centre they said they dont repair product instead will give discount if you will buy new ps4, I turned down offer as new ps4 is also having 1 year warrantly.
One day I try to start my ps3 it started working and still it is working good.
Don’t know is there part of business to make customer buy new products after 3, 4 years.
Will avoid sony and try to buy new product with max warranty.
