Recently my dad bought me a maruti esteem VXI from a maruti true value station at goregoan in mumbai. Before the purchase, the car had problems with the air conditioner and the power windows. The air conditioner did not provide cooling. It just used to blow air inside the car. The power-windows used to get stuck in between. These problems were notified to the showroom and they assured me that these problems will be taken care of. Although the problems were corrected at the time of purchase I faced similar problems in just two months.
These were also notified and corrected. But I am facing the same problems and only 2 weeks have gone by after the reparing. And I havent driven the car much in these two weeks Thus you can see the problems were only temporary fixed. My car is still in the warranty period but the problems of my car, it appears, are just being temporary fixed and not permanentely rectified. The same problems which were there during the time of purchase keep coming back. This is a really a poor after sales service and as we all know that the maruti true value cars priced RS 20000-30000 higher than the market price because they give you 3 free service and 1 year warranty. And the only reason I bought a true car( inspite of a high price) is because I wanted a quality after sales service as I am a first time buyer of a car. Well to justify my arguments I have found this interesting link that will provide you more information on TRUE VALUE http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/indian-car-dealerships/10510-can-we-trust-maruti-true-value-dealers.html Please visit this link before buying from true value. I hope my review helps you all
