My order ID is 25327065. I order a watch( gift from my wife) on 2-Nov-2014. Still the status of the order is pickup initiated. No progress. But the website says delivery in 3-4 days.
I’m not able to cancel the request also. shipment is through bluedart, tracker id says shipment doesn’t exist.(tracker no 69190704063) I paid for the product thru net banking already. Shopclues please act soon.
