Use good oil

One must be cautious while purchasing the oil for cooking because oil is that one main thing which directly affects our body. If we purchase cholestrol base oil that will not only increase our weight but also damage the kidney, face, body & stomach.


One must purchase cholestrol free oil. Today we have so many brands in the market and people who don’t have the idea about it they usually go for a cheap oil which is very wrong. I am not saying that to buy an expensive oil is good for health but I am saying that one should by the following trusted brand which are really good for health:


*1.Suffola




  1. Sunflower




3.Sundrop




  1. Mustar oil




*You can buy any one of them.


We must see the qty while putting oil. We should only use 2 tspn while cooking. Too much may bring bad results and effect our body. One must take care not to take junk food from outside. It affects our liver and body.
