Tips for buying and storing oils and ghee

Now a day **Ghee** became very costly, its around 600 rupees per kG.

so the storage of ghee should be important.

*Ghee** is made the same as clarified butter, but heated longer.

the two things that degrade ghee are water and sun light.

  1. always store ghee in a container with a good sal in the dark

  2. ghee will lat 2-3 months if u keep in airtight container

  3. if u keep ghee in refregirator with out opening it can last up to one year

ghee is very good for children than adults

ghee is one of the seven healthy fats you nd in your kithchen

if you made it in your kitchen it is very effective than we buy in shops and stores

if you are buying ghee buy new one. do not buy old

*Ghee** will give taste and beautiful aroma to  your dishes

fry your spices in th ghe before adding them to your dishes.

when comes to **oils** do not eat same brand of oil for years

always change the brand of oil once in 2-3 months

using sunflower is best than palm oil n groundnut oil.

do not use the oil in curries which is used for deep fry instead use it to make dosa or chapathi.

do not mix used oil n fresh oil.

remember these when you are buying, storing and using Oils and Ghee.
