Myself Kishore, I have booked a 30X40 Site here in Quietlands project near Jigani.
I have visited this project and liked it because of the location and good connectivity to my office here in E’city Phase
I have seen the layout now which is under development and seems to get complete by Dec 2015 as per the Sales Manager in Akshaya Site office.
I have visited their office at HSR layout to finalize the price and had few queries.
They have given me legal papers to verify after I paid one lac, He said the property has approved by BMRDA and has Akhata.
I have also visited other properties close by like Mahaveer Palatium, Venus County, Aks Anagha and quiet a few to name but plots availability is not up to the mark and layouts here is too inside from the main road.
Akshaya property has good availability to choose and cost was almost reasonable price offered to me.
Legal title is clear I checked with my legal adviser but I wonder the promised amenities will be provided hence its builders second project in Bangalore.
