Here is my experience when trying to buy from https://yogisports.com. The website was mentioning the price as 6000 Rs where as when I call the customer service to place the order the CS was not only rude, but also charging me 1999 more than the specified amount. Requested the CS to give the manager’s number, he was not only irritated but also started shouting at me who is the customer to him. I do not know when will the companies understand what is the meaning of customer service. I give 2 out of 10.
