Please note further to my complaint below, their representative called and has assured to deliver the product or refund the money (as the product is stuck with customs). They did offer to refund right away, but I have advised that I will wait another 10 days for the product to be cleared. Looks like we are on the right track now having started talking to people instead of listening to machines.
PS: Please do not use your order ID on reviews as miscreants could use that to divert or amend the order - I got a call from buytheprice requesting me to remove the order id from my complaint. That was very nice of them to call and warn me.
I placed an order for a washing machine on 13th of July and I have still not received the product, which I have paid for in full (Rs.47499) The product has still not been delivered to me and if you ring the customer service number, there is a standard message saying all our lines are busy and we are unable to take your call, please try again later. It does not take your contact details for a call back from their department. How pathetic is that !!!
The message recommends us to lodge a ticket over internet and when you do that repeatedly, still no response from their company. Shitty company with absolutely miserable ethics.
Only companies in India can get away with this sort of attitude.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE - IN 15 YEARS OF ONLINE SHOPPING WORLDWIDE, THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE COME ACROSS WITH.
