I have just bought a BSNL Penta IS701C Tablet from buytheprice. Before buying, I visited mouthshut.com & viewing those negative reviews from the users made me confused. But still I chose buytheprice because of their cheap price(cheapest of all online stores with Cash On Delivery option).
On 7th August, I placed the order & received the product through Quantium courier on 11th August.
The best part was, they have a shipment tracker, which I think is a very professional approach. On 8th Aug the tracker showed the product was shipped; on 9th it arrived in kolkata; on 10th the tracker showed the item is forwarded to ballygunge branch. And finally I received it on 11th. This approach keeps your peace of mind.
I had a little query about the shipping, so I mailed to the customer care. And they replied within 2 hours. And yes, the packing was really good with bubble packs. I am giving it 4 stars. Could not give 5 stars because the website needs a lot to improve on its design & user-friendliness. Few weeks back, I bought a pen drive from flipcart & I got the delivery after 14 days!!! They sent the item through Aramex courier.. believe me their service is pathetic (in kolkata, don’t know about other places).
