I ordered LG Microwave Oven MS2349EB from BuythePrice on 28th Jan 2012 by making the advanced payment of Rs-4761/- and using 10% discount coupon.
One week later(7-Feb-2012), I was informed that product is out of stock and asked to order some other product.
I ordered Samsung Microwave Oven MW73BD-B which cost only 4200.They say that my coupon will still be used and they will refund 1000 Rs.
I received Samsung Microwave Oven on 10 Feb.
Samsung seal on product is broken and product has dent on it and I got no refund.
So, I call customer care they say that
product cost is increased to 5099, so no refund.
they open the product to check that no accessory is missing in box.
it is not their responsibility if product has dent, it can happen when product is shipped
Other then that the product bill they send has wrong product name and purchased date(07/02/10)
I have to call them again to send me correct invoice, which I received on 15th Feb.
Most of the time their customer Care number is busy, you have to keep trying for hours to talk to them
When they pick your call and you complain about something, next time you try to call and they are not busy then they din’t pick up your number and you have to use some other number to talk to them.
Other then that they didn’t have 24 hr Customer care facility. They shutdown all numbers at 6:30 p.m.
