Think before you order some item through buytheprice.com.. call them up and make sure they have the product listed in their web site !!!
I have ordered a lens for my camera on Aug 16th and by Aug 20 the tracking systems was giving a status of ’ ready to be shipped’!!!! that’s fast right !!! but today even after 2 days after the product was ready to be shipped the status was not changed to shipped. So I called up the customer support team and I her the worst.The product that was ready to be shipped as per their tracking system is now suddenly not in stock. They offered me two options:
1 ) wait for another 10 days to get the product or
2) get the cash refund - wait for another 5 to 7 days !!!.
Going for option 1.
Waiting to hear from them on the product. Will keep updating.
