I ordered two products from this website, order number BTP983704, this was for the mobile handset. After 2 days from my order, I get a call from Buytheprice stating the product was by mistake listed on the website and it was never in stock. I thought ok, mistakes happen. So they cancelled the order, but guess they only cancelled the order, but never refunded the money, from last 10 days I am waiting for my refund and they are not sending it whatsoever. Third class service from them!
Order number BTP1005787, this is the order for another handset which I ordered 2-3 days after the last one was cancelled. Now its been 5 days but the order not shipped. I do not trust these lazy thieves anymore...
In short, my two orders one was cancelled, but no refund sent, second one never shipped, but the money taken for both of them and I am now planning to complain to consumer court!
