I was about to buy something from this website and called their customer service number with an issue I faced while making payment. Here is the response I got:
1st call - the representative hung up because apparently could not hear me
2nd call - representative hears me out - and says "oh, no customers have complained about this - why don’t you try tomorrow?". I asked her if she had understood my issue and if she could issue me a reference number or call me when they have fixed the issue - she HANGS UP!
Bottom line: DO NOT ORDER. Let them learn the hard way!
