I had ordered a mobile phone in the site. After no intimation about the delivery for 7 working days, I tried to follow up. Customer care through phone is the worst. No usable information given over phone.
I wrote an email to them. After a day, they irresponsibly replied saying they have cancelled the order, quoting a reason that the phone is out of stock.While ordering the item, It was very well in stock.
I wont recommend this website to anyone ever. Their customer concern is a joke.
