On 20th Jan 2019 I contacted Buzzmeeh.com online for repair of touch screen of Samsung J7.
1.The technician came very late appointment was for 10:30 a.m he came at 12:30p.m,
They said 2990 Rs so I paid 3000 but they sent bill/invoice of 2900,
Payment was decided to be done by debit card but technician didn’t bring the machine so we had to arrange cash somehow
I ignored above three points but the 4th point I could not
- It was repaired by their technician and I paid Rs 3000. He put some rubber band on mobile phone so that screen will be glued/stick properly. When rubber band was removed we found a crack near home button the same day and today another crack developed. Matter was reported at No. 8448789321 but of the person ignored my texts and didn’t receive my calls today and now this no. is showing switched off.
I want refund, I don’t want them to repair my phone again as they definitely use duplicate products.
