I sent an iPad Air for repair to Buzzmeeh Noida Sector 63 repair center on 7th June, as it was not powering on. I got a call and was told that there is an issue with the Power IC which needs to be changed. I agreed for the repairs and the repair cost. It was returned to me after more than a month on 11th July that too after calling them at least 20 times. To my utter disappointment I received it back in the same condition. It was not powering on when I got it back. I tried to charge it with three WORKING Apple genuine Power cables. The guy was in my office for almost two hours and it did not show any indication of powering on. I sent it back and asked the guy to get it back only when it is fixed. I got it back on Friday 13th July. It had 45% battery and was working. I did not try to charge it that time and left it at my office. When I came to office on Monday. I found it dead again. I tried to charge it but it would not charge and I am back to the square one.
It has been four days and I am calling BUZZMEEH everyday to take it back and get it fixed. They are giving me all sort of non sense and saying the issue is with the power cord. Well, I have genuine Apple cords(three of them) and they are charging my other iPad and iPhones but not this iPad. If they claim the issue is with the charging cable then why did they even charge me for the repairs at the first place? Even their repair policy supports the repairs for three month but they are not willing to fix my iPad.
I have paid them in full and regret choosing Buzzmeeh. I WOULD REQUEST EVERYONE, NOT TO GIVE YOUR DEVICES FOR REPAIRS TO BUZZMEEH, THEY ARE THEIVES.
