Brought Byju’s online classes for 45, 000 Rs for three years, 8th 9th and 10th Standard, it is like buying a locked up Lenovo Tablet worth 3000Rs for 45, 000 Rs.
A dedicated mentor and subject Teachers for clarifying doubts over phone was promised by the Sales guy when we brought.
Reality is, there is no mentor or support available, all calls goes to a call center. The contact number given as Mentor is actually a Call Center number who informs the Mentor will call back and that never happens. The sales guy promised Teacher’s are made available over phone to clear all doubts, but when a doubt comes Call center is helpless as mentor has to assign Teacher and Mentor is never accessible. After some days of waiting for a so called Mentor’s call, we end up clearing the doubt our self by searching the internet.
Our experience this far is that the videos available on Youtube are much much more better as we don’t have to call center and wait for days expecting a call from a mentor and then reach a teacher.
We stopped using the Byju’s Tablet after five to six months of trying and frustrating.
