Key Issues:
1> mislead wrong commitments by sales executive
2>Bluff schemes are told which do not exist at all.
3>sloppy internal system. It can not track customers issue.
4> Customer bears the suffering if its system fault.
5>sales executive sends payment link on email which do not contain all the information.
6> Bad website. Very few practice questions are given, Same practice questions keep repeating on students website.
7>The videos are not updated for years. Same old videos going on.
My experience as under
Fake scheme was informed to me. Sales executive sold me a "Sibling Program" for both of my kids.
That means my younger kid can use the learning pack after elder one have used it.
Payment link is sent through mail which did not have details of the offer.
Few days after payment is made invoice is sent where I came to know what kind of package is entered in their system
Huge difference between the actual invoice and what was committed by sales executive. There was no such "Sibling Program" at all! I was cheated.
I was told that there will be two TABs given to two children of mine. I got only One. I let go that error and decided to go ahead with the use of product.
After the incorrect invoice was received, the sales executive gave assurance that everything will be cleared, dont worry.
The Byjus staff tells different story. Class 8th learning pack is denied to my daughter which was used by my elder son under so called "Sibling Program". The sales executive(Mr. John Clyde Fernandez) later confirmed through email, that this is a data entry error. Actually,
there was no provision to enter a sibling program into the computer system therefore this error occurred.
Now they are asking for more money if I wand to use missing 8th standard learning pack for my daughter.
In spite of sales executives clarification through email, company management is not ready to accept their mistake.
Every time when I call them, different person comes on phone and ask same questions, and I have to explain the same story to everyone wasting my time and getting high blood pressure after listening to the same system issue again and again.
About Product Quality:
There are errors on the website, same old questions keep getting repeated. I have complained to them with screenshots. But no response.
The videos are not getting updated. I am given the applicable sd cards in advance and they will not be updated! How shocking. There will not be updates, changes in content.
They say that the Tab is not compulsory. Any Android phone can be used. But that is not true. Only selected Android phones can play byjus app. This information will not be given to you early on.
My Conclusion:
It appears to me that company is spending money on advertisement and endorsement of big celebrities. Not they dont bother for customer satisfaction and quality.
What should you do before buy?
Bargain a lot. the prices are not fixed. You have to negotiate.
Be careful with the sales executives. Make handwritten minutes of meeting and draft what he is selling to you. mention all the details about your purchase.
Take his signature on the paper which you can show in court.
