My son(6 yrs old) loves the classes. That’s the only positive.
They have tons of technical issues, but most importantly(which they don’t tell you) the classes(which they charge for upfront in a lump sum) are "use it or lose it". So if your child is sick, if you have a vacation, etc. you’re out of luck. The only response you’ll get is, "You can reschedule for the same week". Well. if you’re going on vacation, sorry pal. Oh, BTW, they also don’t tell you, they’re all on India time. So rescheduling the same week, is nearly impossible, AND slots are hyper-limited.
The teachers are great, except they won’t let your child use the toilet during the class. Not to mention, you’re paying for an hour, but your teacher will show up at least 5 minutes late and leave 10-15 minutes early.
