we are deeply disappointed with the false assurances given by you to get us subscribed to the Byjus plan worth of 89000 rupees for 5 years.
Commitment given by Navyashree (Demo executive from Byjus) on 9th April 2022 were false as mentioned below.
Byjus would cover all the school curriculum and portions for our daughter who is going to start UKG from June 2022.
Basics on LKG will also be touchbased by Byjus Mentor
You assured that Byjus will take care of all school curriculum activities including the Homework given by school. There will be additional training on Byjus portions which are loaded on the tablet.
We can discontinue the local tuition class for our daughter since Byjus will take care of the school curriculum and Byju’s own curriculum.
You asked us to subscribe for Byjus 5 years plan with an exciting offer of around 60% discount. Only pay 89000 against the actual price of 2, 00, 000 rupees.
You also declared that you will be the HOD for our daughter throughout the subscription time and you can be contacted anytime between Wednesday to Sunday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
Most of the above statements were false. We struggled to get refund finally.
