Hi, my kid is in 8th Std CBSE. we have paid for 8th, 9th & 10th combine courses. Have done payment on 24th June 2017. it was been promised that it will be delivered in 5-7 business days. till 30th June, we had no communication from sales / ops team. So, I started follow up. On 3rd July, I came to know that they are out of Tablets & can not provide till the next availability.
Sales, Ops, customer service all had a different story to put across. none of them was sure about the availability & delivery. So, we have asked for refund. I must have called more thn 20 times within a span of 3 days. They were adamant to refund, asked us to wait for a call fromRefund team. we never received call, there is no customer centricity, no clear communication, Operation team has nothing to do with internal procedures.
Today being 10th July, we are still waiting for our refund. A genuine request from a harassed customer "STOP THIS CHEATING PRACTICE". To all the concerned parents: even if you do not have other option, dont go for Byjus.
There is no zero star, I had to give 1 star.
