Few months ago I downloaded this app on my phone just to know if it any uaeful for my brother’s 12th grade exams. So I just scrolling on the app to find some commerce related courses, and I found that there is no commerce related things available, so I closed the app and kept it on my phone. But sometimes later a representative from byjus called me to know what do I want to learn from it, and I explain my requirements and he understood, then suddenly he told me to delete the app from my phone because of there is no course available, but I told him that I wanted to see other courses later for my cousin brother, but he forcefully told me that I have to delete it just because of there is no commerce courses. I dont understood how do he tell me to delete app on my phone, that is absolutely my decision. On the play store there is no conditions that who can use that app or not.So I was disapointed by their customer supports, it’s very rude, I dont think that’s a right way to talk to a customer.
