On / Off line video tutorials for CBSE & ICSE stud

A new trend is in the market, that is selling the animated tutorials for the CBSE and the ICSE students from class 1 to 10 in the academic subjects viz mathematics, science , english , hindi and social science specially tailored for the CBSE and ICSE students duly matching the course contents of the text book.

some leading ones in the market are

(1) https://smartlearning.in

(2) https://byjus.com/

and further who would like to learn the programming skills in Database application or the front end application high level languages, they too can get the animated tutorial from the online vendors viz

(1) https://vtc.com

i would like to review the quality of these video tutorials before the parents/children could land into pitfall.

[1] smartlearning.in [Marks 5/10]

a) expensive, company charges about 12000 Rs for normal subjects.

b) the company gives the CD which can run only on the windows family operating system preferably windows 7 / above versions.

c) If the buyer is not having the windows PC, then online tutorials can be watched through the web browser but must bear the cost of the data package for each video

d) videos can’t be saved / down loaded for future refarance

e) Once the time period is elapsed, that is videos can be watched only till the end of academic year till may end further you need to pay for each grade/class tutorials.

f) THE WORST PART, smartlearning application is bug full , the software will run only under administrative privileged account only, and thus the buyer must be ready to compromise the entire security of the PC, which is the worst ever compromise one can bear.

g) no application interface is provided to run the application in the android operating system like tablet /smart phones

thus it’s not recommended for the parents/students

2] https://byjus.com/

compare to the smartlearning.in tools and videos the byju’s video tutorials are advanced and more appealing, but the draw back is the videos are not available for all the subjects.

the company provides their own hardware to read the tutorials and also they provided the web interface too.

hence https://byjus.com/ is much advised against smartlearning.in

3] For the software professionals https://vtc.com

the videos are very good

basically the application is designed to run in Mac system, but videos will run in any major desk top operating system.

those who want’s to become IT professionals its worth to try vtc.com

thus my choice for the primary students is https://byjus.com/

and for IT professionals https://byjus.com/
