I put my son 2 months back in BYJUs and they took from me full payment of more than a lakh. And then I saw that their Tutors were pathetic, they cannot even communicate in English, extremely pathetic. And even after I reported it to them, they never changed the tutor. When I sent my cancellation request, their Team started to frustrate me with all their solutions, as they didn’t want to refund my money. For the last two months I have been calling and writing so many emails but they never tell me when I will get my money refunded. All I hear is that they have kept my request on HIGH PRIORITY and that they will process it at the earliest. And I have been hearing this story last 2 months! BYJU’S is nothing but another Fraud company which swindles money from the public! What a shame! I really doubt whether I will have my money back. I am planning to file a case against BYJUs this week, if I don’t get my money back. I am sure BYJUs will be doing this to hundreds of people like me in India.
