Its a fraud company. They promised to return my advance security money if i opt for cancelling the order before 15 days.Within this 15 days they process the payment of remaining amount through ECS or credit card details they have taken with false promise that they will only proceed if i continue the application . When i write to them to cancel the order, they in return ask my mobile no for further councelling..and when i insist to cancel they aske to have a discussion with my child ...again when my child confirms for the cancelling. They are send a mail that my order has been cancelled but they didn’t stop for processing the ecs of remaining amount and send a prior msg to ny mobile that an amount of 5000 will be deducted as first emi on 5th of the coming month....how they continue this after ny cancellation...further when i informed the salesman about this activity by Byjus...he is telling that sir this is not my dept..you please againgl send a email to their support team...when i emailed again ..they are asking the same thing to provide my no..and other details for further discussion...and the process continues....i am writing this in details as ato inform these to others...also the learning app is not upto the mark as it contains video clip of 1 to 2 min lenght which is not covering all the topics in one go and viewers can go for better online videos on youtube with full discussion of tppic in one go and free of cost.....Again i am telling i am still yet to get my security amount of 10000 INR which i paid.
