In the month of oct - nov, we had purchased 2 tabs in byju’s from the sales represwntative who had promised us that cbse nios syllabus will be provided for us when asked.One tab for 12th std which is really satisfactory while the other one bought for my son (nios) completely unsatisfied.Repeatedly we have been calling byju’s call centre from the month of nov 2018 till now with no proper response.Literally the tab is lying as a waste for which we are paying emi which is a burden for us. They are not ready to refund for the unsatisfied product for which we have been approaching the call centre as well as the managers till now, but no use. Completely no syllabus has been updated for nios and the tab is of no use to have purchased it for 60000 rupees. We are at a loss, completely fooled and cheated. Hence, be carefyl before you buy the product, clarify and then get it.
