A person visited our home to pitch Byjus, we said we need time to decide, he said I can pay 1000 to block the special offer in which I can get 20% discount+ I get time to decide. We were told if we decide negative 1000/- can be returned by representative immediately.
We thought for a day and decided not to continue, when we called for refund to our surprise we were told that I will have to claim refund from customer care. since that day(25th June) till today(7th Aug 2017) I did several follow ups but refund is still not processed.
Sad experience with Byju’s
