I purchased byjus learning app kit on 27/2/19 with the condition that the kit can be returned back, if required, if the request for cancellation is made within 15 days . He also promised me saying I will personally take extra effort to cancel if needed. Fortunately, I made cancellation request on 7/3/19(i.e. within 10 days) but for more than last 2 months byjus was making me fool assuring that I will get 100% return of my money paid. But on 16/3/19 I approached byjus counsellor(Rakesh) about cancellation, he told yes it is processed. Im waiting from 16/3/19 until today and havent received my amount back. Its been more than 2 months and I havent received any positive response from their counsellor or customer care executives. I have also dropped a mail regarding the same and havent received any response from them even after repeated reminders.
I also have the chat with my counsellor(Rakesh) where he had promised that cancellation will be processed and amount will be refunded.
I have forwarded the my conversation with my counsellor(Rakesh) to the customer service team and they are so negligent to respond back to the emails.
Please dont believe byjus when they say cancellation will be 100%. This is a caution!
