I joined my kid for 6th std Byjus classes on 25th July and paid the amount of Rs70, 725/- using card less EMI . While joining the class they told if it is cancelled with in 15 days no deduction full amount will be returned. My kid attended 2 online and 1 offline class and on 6th Aug 2022 we given cancellation form at the Byjus tuition centre KSIT. But they didn’t processed immediately, they waited till 21st Aug 2022 and submitted for the process. Later they started saying form is not summited with in 15 days, so they want to deduct 3 months fees and refund remaining amount. After so much follow-up they aggreged to refund amount with Rs5000/- deduction. This Rs5000/- will be converted to 12 months EMI, instead I paid Rs5000/- to them to close the load fully. They promised loan will be closed in 2 days. But till now they didn’t closed the loan or returned the load amount to me to close the loan. still I am waiting and doing follow-up with the team.
