Byju’s offline program is a total waste of money. Also the sales guy Ivan Chandra is a fraud as he commits to keep the software license active for 3 years but actually it expires in 18 months.
They will promise weekly connect and review of the progress but after 1 / 2 months, the frequency gets reduced to once in 4 weeks. The mentor calls the parents once in a while to say hi & hello and talks at 50K feet which is of no use for the student.
There is no teacher at the backend as they promise before the sale, to help children clear their doubts. I have not seen any student-teacher connect in 10 months after purchasing the course with hefty amount(60K, without tab)
While the video content is more or less good, it is NO WAY A SUBSTITUTE OF PRIVATE TEACHERS. as the fundamentals of teaching are always missing.
Lastly, education at junior level from 8 to 12 cannot happen in offline studies. Student need direct teacher interaction which Byju’s do not provide.
There is no way you can reach to the mentor or teachers of your own as they provide a no where you need to call and disconnect. They don’t maintain any SLA to call back as well even though they claim the same before sales that each call back would happen within 30 mins.
Byju’s sales folks are actually running a cheating business by making the parents fool.
It is strongly recommended not to spend 60K towards this fraud company. I purchased this course for my son in 11-12 but did not turn out of any use.
Stay away from this company.
