I have taken byjus kit for Rs.50000 and my friend got the same for Rs.34000 with additional futures. When I check with Executive that the kit price is fixed and no bargaining is accepted.After checking with the Executive, they said if you are not interested you can cancel the kit. Based on their confirmation, I have sent mail to their support I’d which is suggested by the Executive.Immediately I got a call from the team and asked about the reason for cancellation and I explained the price issue. Then they said, they require the details of my friend and I have given for verification. They got the details from the database but what they are saying details are not matching.When I cross verify with my friend again on the alternative details, then he said, byjus Executives are calling and warning them that if you give your details, they will cancel the kit. Even then my friends are ready to cancel the same but then they are asking not to tell anyone on their byjus details because they will loose their job. In this way they are cheating the customers. After providing the information, now when I ask for the cancellation, now that are saying it is not possible since 15 days crossed. Then I said, based on your Executive confirmation i have sent the mail for confirmation then on what basis you are rejecting by request.He said he is not having the right to cancel the kit and he is not going cancel the same by giving a rude answer. They are not listening to our words at all. Very very worst ever behaviour that is been given to the Executives of byjus. One more interesting thing is, they call to my wife and say your husband number is not available to talk but I am getting calls across India without any problem only byjus Executives alone facing issues in contacting me. They are least bothered to answer the queries and not willing to give any higher official details. I am still fighting to cancel my kit from last one month but I am not getting any proper channelor solution. Please think of the parents those who are having proper communication then how will be their situation.
I think it is better to go for other alternatives which are available in the market rather than using byjus. Please encourage other competitors to sustain in the market in order to control the rudeness of byjus Executives. I have been following up continuously and the answer that I got is no chance to cancel the kit. When I questioned the Executive why you are not obeying the condition of days period then they said your 15days period is over. I have sent mail before 15days time and since they ask for the additional details of my friend contact details and I said it will take time to provide since he has not got the kit by that time. They agreed for the same but they didn’t tell me about non cancellation if it crosses 15days. What I thought that since I have sent mail before 15days and they will consider the the same. Now they are cheating on the time. Since they are calling and creating problem to my friend by saying our job will be gone if you provide the details to your friend, I am not willing to create problem to those employees.
By considering the above, just think once before choosing any option. It is better go and check the negative reviews also while going for any buying option
