HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH BYJU’S MANGALORE. DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCT even on trial basis by paying any money because if you are dissatisfied you will be struggling to contact the team and get your money back.
I was contacted by sales staff of Byjus Mangalore to buy this product for my son studying in grade 5, Cambridge School. They told me it has useful learning videos where concepts are well explained, however the price to be paid was high. I was not too sure if I should buy it.
Knowing my dilemma they persuaded me to try the product for 15 days by paying a deposit of 4400 Apprx. Which was a refundable amount if we don’t find all relevant content as per CBSE syllabus. We agreed to try it out.
A Lenovo tab arrived in 4-5 days with grade 5 content only for Maths and Science however the content was not complete and lot of things were missing.
On the 14th day, We decided to go for cancellation of the product as we did not find it useful. Since then we have been trying to reach their team to get out deposit back and the EMI that is deducted automatically through zest money. It’s been 15 days and not a single person is taken our case in hand.
