My grandmother and parents have been buying from ckc from a long time.Almost 10 yrs ago we had bought a gold bracelet from ckc.As it was a chunky piece, we converted the bracelet into a choker like necklace and we kept the hook of the bracelet for exchange to buy someother piece as it wud not serve any purpose.I took back the hook for exchange, they did not find the ckc mark on the hook, as the mark was present on the converted bracelet.They said it’s not from ckc and they checked for the purity of gold.After it was checked for gold, they said that it was not 22k and it was around 20k.I fought with them, saying that they were robbing us blind by saying that the gold that they sell is 22k is actually only 20k.They did not bother to give me money for 22k.From them on I stopped going to ckc.As they are nothing but cheats.
