I had booked a cab for a doctor appoitment which was an emergency and the driver called me in the night and confirmed the place and his name too .and morning they call me at 5:00 am, not that the cab was booked for 5:30 am and we have to travel 120 km to reach the hospital .they tell me that its cancelled and said u have to pay extra money of 800 to come.What the hell they are taking advantage of the situation.Such irresponsible behavior and its disgusting Last time I booked a cab for my son coming alone from Chennai to kuppam.the driver says the AC isnt working and he came thru the forest to avoid the tolls.Please dont book this Cabbazar and face such situations.i have all the proofs too if required can send the screen shots too .And last but not the least the amount isnt refunded to the Cabbazar cash and not to our account .
