It’s a worst cab service experience I have ever had.
I have booked a cab on 18.08.2024 from Sadum(A.P) to Bangalore. Received message from as the fare was 3416/- inclusive of driver bata and exclusive of Toll and Interstate permit.
Looks fine!
Paid advance amount 769/- and received (booking Id 667255) got Driver details as Toyota Etios(KA53C3856).
Driver called me and told me that, He needs to pay 800/- to RTO and toll gate fee 105/-. I said "It’s ok, if you show the payment details".
Once, he reaches destination, I came to know that he no need of paying Interstate permit as it’s Karnataka vehicle.
He demands extra 800/- and he is not giving phonepay/googlepay number, until unless I pay extra money.
He had not opening back side luggage box, if I am not going pay extra money.
I have tried reaching CabBazar, not got connected.
It’s a worst experience, in front of my house, the driver behaving like I have not paid his money, whereas, he is not showing google pay scan or number.
