Having people around me found praising too much about bournville chocolate, I went to nearby vendor to buy this one. Having excessively charged, I myself tested for the Bournville Raisin and Nuts one. My journey of exhilarating experience is as follows.
Packaging:
Bournville comes in alluring rather than attractive pack. The wrapper is pretty attractive. It is very easy and convenient to peel off unlike the conventional one. Unwrapping, found another cover mentioning 44% cocoa content. I wondered why it has been written here. What it wanted me to note?. Well the answer lies in experience -the exhilarating one ever reminding me of great value- to have this one. Unwrapping the foil I found the dark chocolate -giving off intense smell of cocoa( which lasted approximately little more than half an hour in my room) - prompting me to put in. Totally different to any conventional chocolate I have ever had- like milk based chocolate.
Option:
There are mainly 4 flavours . And I tried out the raisin and nuts.
Comes in two packaging. I chose the smaller one i.e 40 grams.
Experience:
I found the taste of chocolate rather bitter cocoa base, with occasional sweetening- I think it is because of raisins and apricot kernels. The chocolate also has cashew nuts which make it crunchy.
And when the chocolate ends, I found bitterness lasted in for at least 15 or 16 minutes . But that did not compel me to drink water or eat any sweet. This was one chocolate which didnt get stuck in my teeth unlike the traditional one which always gets stuck. I believe that this must be one of its merits. Its good for those who love pure healthy chocolate making them contented. I found that its not sugary.
Benefit:
After 3 hours, I observed that I had no tiring feeling, no fatigue, no numbness on any part of my body that I sometimes had - especially after doing long strenuous task . I found myself as energetic as before I had begun the work. I experienced freshness as I have every morning. I think it is better to occasionally have this one, as it also offers many medicinal benefits.
Affordability:
Any person whether he/she is pauper( not bums) or rich can afford this chocolate, as I have found many street hawkers munch this one.
Its costs only Rs. 30 for 40 grams chocolate.
Pros: rich but not sticky, good value.
Cons: Not to everyones taste.
Recommendation: strongly yes to all my pals
Rating: 10 out of 10.
Ps.; it is worthy to visit site of this product as its different.
