Cafe Churchill is near the Electric House, the stop after the Regal Theater. If you like continental food and have a sweet tooth this is the place to be!! You may be a vegetarian of a non-vegetarian doesn’t matter!! All you need to have is an appetite!! They serve the best pasta and baked food. Chicken, beef, pork, lamb, they have it all!! Their chef special is the best. They also serve burgers and sandwiches with fries. Their ice tea fits right in with any starter or main course.
I go for a five course meal at Churchill. I mean it. It’s worth every penny; by that I mean reasonable and foodies paradise. I spend around Rs. 400 - 500...this is a meal for two. So not bad. A good place to take your spouse or a good friend out for lunch. This place is small; only 8 tables and 36 people make it cramped for room and long waiting queues make it difficult to control the hunger!! But it’s worth the wait.
Go a bit early…around 12 or 12.30 you mostly will get a place to sit, or after 3 pm. try not to go on a Saturday or Sunday evening, it’s a waste of hunger...if u know what I mean. But having no other branch makes it a gem and a classic. 15 Mins form the Churchgate station this is a small but a cozy place. All the time u keep on staring at the refrigerator full of deserts like the Irish bailey and tiramisu...cheese cake...and much more...The ambience is great and so are the cheese fries...so don’t wait a moment...check this place out now...
