I bought Navneet notebooks and i found CCD gift vouchers inside. On last sunday on my visit to Rcity, i tried to use those vouchers to avail the discounts (as written in the voucher). But the man at the counter refused saying this offer is not ’in the system’.
On my request, he spoke to his senior manager but the reply was negative. My question is if CCD can’t execute such schemes, why the hell they prepare such a voucher and create unnecessary expectations ????
