I visited the cafe coffee day in Ghatkopar with my friends when I had been for shopping. After a long tired day, I was expecting a cappuccino which was brought to my table after half an hour.
This was around one and a half year back. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated as a customer.
Pros: Cappuccino’s taste was really good.
Good infrastructure and ambiance. No reservations necessary.
Cons: Lazy staff and unhelpful customer service.
Could’t help me with giving options when I asked a query about cold coffee types. No timely service. Bias treatment towards their customers.(don’t know on what basis).
